Mini Greek Turkey Burger!

I didn't blog yesterday but I did go to Costco and Ralphs! We are starting to replenish our food since the 'great meltdown 2010' (aka our fridge turned off for a few weeks).

A lady, I didn't know her, who went to my church her in SD is a finalist in the Pillsbury bake off. Her recipe is for Mini Greek Turkey Burgers! They sounded and looked really good so I made some for us for dinner last night.

Here is the plate I fixed up for the hubs mini burgers and a little salad.

They turned out really well and I am sure we will be making them again. I love how they have the feta cheese inside the patty, a little bit of fun.
