Here Comes Peter Cottontail!

(April 1)
The main reason why it's taking me so long to re-organizing my house is my daughter. I love my Alison. She is my pride and joy and when she is awake I'm playing with her and watching her "Your Baby Can Read Video", taking her pictures, doing everything I can to get her to smile and just enjoying the blessing that is Alison.

Yesterday while she was awake I made a video Easter card for my family and friends. We have a Flip camcorder (best thing ever!) so its super easy to email video.

Anyways I dressed Alison up as a bunny and had her dance to Jean Autry's version of Here Comes Peter Cottontail it was really cute. I also took a few pictures of her in the bunny get up. Her Great Grandma Brown sent Alison some Easter themed clothes, a few sleepers and a really cute outfit everything with bunnies on them. One of the sleepers has a bunny holding an Easter egg, bunny slipper feet, and a cotton tail on the rear, very very cute. But a bunny isn't complete without her ears!

Here are a few pictures of my little bunny:

you can see her little tail

I'm so lucky that she doesnt mind wearing things on top of her head, at least not yet anyways.

Alison isn't mad she is just trying really hard to blow rasberries and spit bubbles :)

She's supposed to be a bunny but she looks more like a ham in this one :)

"Mom why are you still taking pictures of me?"
(I took almost 100, if I keep taking as many pictures as I have been I'm going to have to get an extermal hard drive!)

This is Alison later that day after I put her to bed.

she somehow managed to get her entire leg free of her completly buttoned up sleeper.
As you can see she has also figured out that she likes sleeping on her side.

Happy Easter Everyone!

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

  1. You have the cutest daughter. I'll bet she took after her grandfather on her mother's side. I showed the Easter card you sent to Grandmother and Grandfather A. and to Jeane and Sue. I havn't seen Grandmother V yet but will show it to her soon.
