June 3rd

This morning Alison woke up unusually early. She normally wakes up around between 9 & 10 (I have the best sleeping baby ever, she loves sleeping!) She woke up at 6:30ish and didn’t want to go back to sleep. She was playing and being cute so I decided we should go with Boompa to morning breakfast and see the family and then spend the morning with Boompa at his work.

Hello!

Alison was not being too social, she only wanted Boompa and mommy to hold her this morning. Normally she doesn't care who is holding her as long as somebody is! She like to bounce on Boompa's belly!

After family breakfast we went to Boompa’s work. He didn’t have a busy morning so we stayed until about 11. Its fun going to his work because I know so many of the people he works with. They are all so friendly and they all love seeing Alison and boy does Boompa love showing her off!

We ate lunch with Boompa at Which Wich, a sandwich place that’s really good, and Alison and I went back home. This evening we went to a party with some of my dad’s friends from his work it was thrown for Tad, who used to work with Boomp, he was visiting from Georgia. It was great seeing everyone and the food was awesome. Of course there were burgers and hotdogs but there was also brisket, baked beans, potato salad and fried okra! I love Oklahoma food! I dressed Alison up in a frilly little dress for the party.
