We had a good time at the Pier, I'm not exactly sure what specific pier it is but there were lots of people fishing and, birds flying around. The wind was blowing and the sun felt lovely.
Grandma doting on Alison
Alison likes watching the birds and ducks go after fish.
The pier jutted out far into the ocean, it was really beautiful.
We thought it would be fun to play some putt putt golf. Chris and I really like putt putt and Grandma and Grandpa were happy to take us to play! Alison even gentle tossed a ball for Grandma and earned her a hole in one!!
Alison figured out the best way to get a hole in one!
Our Scores!
Alison got to sit on their giant inflatable chair.
Chris found a "Back to the Future" DeLorean in the parking lot
In the later evening, we attended the "night lights" at the Naples Botanical Garden
They had an area where we were able to make wish sticks. You wrote the things you wishes for the new year and the colored ribbons symbolize things like wealth, simplicity, family, and home.
Chris and I threw our wish sticks into the fire, now we just have to hope our wishes come true!
The Naples Botanical Garden is really nice. The night lights were a bunch of lit tiki torches that lines the path ways. There were a lot of people and we had a good time walking around.
